All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds.


We welcome exchanges on merch orders, but no on bulk custom printing orders. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to Salt Devils.

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 30 days of the date of delivery for warranty replacement. After 30 days, we have no further liability.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice.

If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at immediately. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

Manufacturing Time –  Every item in your order is made to order. Due to COVID-19 related delays and safety precautions, orders may take on average 5 to 10 days to be processed. Getting your order to you as quickly as possible and the safety of our print and fulfillment teams are our top priorities. We will forward a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Shipping –  Your Order Will Ship withing 24hrs of your order being marked complete with the exception of Holidays or Weekends.  It can take up to 7 days for your order to reach you depending on where you are located.
